Who is responsible for your data

What we keep

• Your name and phone number, to prepare and hand over your order, and in case we need to call you.
• Your email, if you leave it, to send your receipt and the link to follow your order.
• Your order: what you ordered, the pickup time and the total.
• The payment details the provider gives us: the method, the amount and its reference number. Never your full card number or your password.

Why we use it

To prepare your order, charge it, send your receipt, contact you about a problem with it, refund you when needed, prevent fraud and keep our accounting and sales tax records. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that run the website and the payments, each for its own part:

• Stripe, PayPal and ATH Móvil (Evertec): process your payment.
• Supabase: stores the order database.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website.
• Google Workspace: sends receipts by email.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your cart and your preferred payment method so you do not have to enter them again. We count visits anonymously and without cookies. When you pay, payment providers may use their own cookies to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

Order and payment data is kept for as long as Puerto Rico accounting and tax laws require. After that, it is deleted.

Security

The website is always encrypted (HTTPS), the database has restricted access, and payments are processed by PCI DSS certified providers.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We will delete everything we are not required by law to keep.

Children

The website is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
