Who we are

La Ricetta is a pizzeria at 2473 Calle Loíza, San Juan, PR 00923, a sole proprietorship owned by Jesús Valentín. Contact: [email protected] · (787) 500-4418. By using this website and placing an order, you accept these terms.

How an order works

• You pick your pizzas, enter your name and phone number, and choose an available pickup time.
• You can only order while we are open, and only for pickup at our location: we do not deliver.
• You pay online when you place the order. The order is confirmed once the payment provider confirms the payment; then it goes to the kitchen and you get your receipt.
• An unpaid order is released after 30 minutes. If you place a new order with the same phone number, it replaces your previous unpaid one, which will not be charged.

Prices and sales tax

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Puerto Rico sales tax (IVU, 11.5%) is added to every order and itemized on your receipt. Prices may change; the price shown when you pay is the one that applies.

Payments

We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (through Stripe), PayPal or Venmo, and ATH Móvil. Your card or account details are processed directly by the payment provider; we never see or store them.

Pickup

Come by at the time you chose and give us your order number. The time is an estimate: on busy nights it may take a few extra minutes, and you will see it on your order tracking page.

Cancellations and refunds

These follow our Refund and cancellation policy, on this same website.

Allergies

Our kitchen prepares food with wheat (gluten), dairy and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any pizza is free of traces. If you have an allergy, call us at (787) 500-4418 before ordering.

Using the website

Do not use the website to place fake orders, hold pickup times with no intention to pay, or try to access areas that are not public. We may cancel orders we consider fraudulent and refund what was charged.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website working, but it may fail or be under maintenance. If a paid order cannot be prepared, we refund you. Our liability for an order never exceeds the amount you paid for it.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest change. They are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.
